In order to manipulate the joysticks on the Longitude's GTCs, I switched over to the "lock mode" interaction scheme, and found it to be quite intuitive and easy to use. Not sure what all the bellyaching is all about. 

So, have a smell of what The Lock is cookin'.

I'm not a fan - especially not of the blue hue as I'm manipulating the buttons.

The blue thing doesn't bother me that much. But lock mode seems to be the only way to toggle the joysticks on the GTCs. 

What is a "GTC"?

I remember seeing a list of GTC manipulator events someone (Les I think) had unearthed on the WT discord which you could use to assign them in one of the popular controller add ons (Spad etc) . Let me see if i can find it.

Or AAO for those that use that. Probably with the StreamDeck for those that know how to do that stuff.

Its possible - what is the toggle function used for?  Is that where you'd pan the touchscreen?

Garmin Touch Screen Controller.

If you split the screens, you can toggle which screen is "highlighted" and hence displays in full screen mode --> to be honest, I haven't quite figured out what moves where and when, Overkill Simulations had a good demonstration on his (now gone) channel.
