There are clearly some sim issues (such as the SimObjects issue) that has made my reintroduction frustrating. But, there are lots of parts of the sim that look and work great.

I hope you are gradually adjusting your reintroduction, based on the feedback from the forum..

Starting with modest settings and limited addons will get you flying.. and when totally comfortable, you add in complexity, until you hit the limits.. that should limit the frustrations you are experiencing. 😉

Thanks Bert...case of running out of one sim (that I'd spent years in), diving head first into another and expecting to keep going at 1000mph!

it is, without question, miles behind P3D

Here we go again. 🙄

My advice to the OP would be to unistall MSFS and enjoy P3D.   Although most of us enjoy a huge range of positive facets of MSFS, it seems a constant source of irritation, annoyance, and comparisons with a platform built on the 17+ year old ESP engine.

Stick with P3D, sir.    It's always an option.

This is clearly the sim objects problem that has been discussed previously. I'm sorry, but if MSFS can not handle GSX, FSLTL (with AI at 30%) and a few add on airports then it is, without question, miles behind P3D

OMG--get on back to P3D where you belong.  I've NEVER had any of these issues, use GSX and FSLTL all the time.  I'll go one more big one:  you don't deserve MSFS.
