X-Plane 12: And Now for Something Completely Different ...

A quick video of a quite sophisticated and quality default plane ...

... the fuel quantity sensor can quickly fail

I like the defaults and if you really want to make it interesting and realistic...turn on all failures where everything can fail and set it at a random time so you'll never know if and when something...anything will fail but the possibility is there...kind of makes you pay more attention to everything. Of course I don't do that because I'm not that good but it's fun to think about.

No one wants to do that I'm sure...I want my flights to go smoothly with no problems....well....so do real pilots but "stuff" happens....in the real world too.

Found this vid today in a thread about ToS having equal physics to XP. (Note that XP's addon is Default, ToS is payware)

An extraordinary example of an exceptional flight simulator ... X-Plane ...

... fixing failures ... is so easy that even reality can't exceed it 😲😀

While not being your point in the video, it does bring yet another positive aspect - cirrus are starting to get displayed much more plausibly !

An ultra unusual incident ...

Sorry but I don't understand what's the meaning of this video, do you think this is realistic?.
