I have both the Airbus A310 - Enhanced & the Airbus  A310 installed in the "Content Manager". For the iniBuilds A310 - Enhanced  to work do they both have to be installed? The plane loads normally. The reason I ask is Simbrief is not loading the FP when I click on the Menu option in the MCDU. I have my Simbrief ID correctly entered as well. I just thought maybe having the 2 installations might be causing a conflict with Simbrief.

The enhanced is on top of the base package so should be fine to have them both. As for the simbrief import I had the same issue recently and instantly went back to my other tubeliners. Shame on me. The Simbrief ID is set and yet nothing loaded. But I have to admit that I did not read the documentation of the A310 MCDU. Did you? At least the steps from the Fenix or FBW did not work for me and then I gave up

I had an issue 2 days ago where it wouldn't load, but it also wouldn't load on any simbrief aircraft. I remade the flightplan then it worked fine.

Also, the Simbrief ID it wants is your username, not your ID number.

That’s what I use. 

It just worked for me. I entered in my username, and then next to that, where it says "SIMBRIEF" I clicked and got the flight plan.

It's not on the INIT screen like the FBW.

Thanks for the info all, I did read something about the username as well, maybe I’ll give that a go.

After some searching I found a post in the iniBuilds forums which shows where to point the flight plans in the Simbrief downloader:

Steam:

C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\microsoft-aircraft-a310-300\work\flightplans 

MS Store:

C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\microsoft-aircraft-a310-300\work\flightplans

I had to manually add the "flightplans" folder (for STEAM), then on the MCDU "INIT" page just fill in "FROM / TO" and the FP will populate. it's a temporary fix until they resolve whatever the issue is.

It does not work for everyone ( not for me too ) as the iniforum says, inibuilds is investigating and there will come an update, maybe with SU12..?

Noticed this as well on my current flight that it wouldn't import from Simbrief. Funny thing, though, was that the flight before worked as expected. Temporary glitch in the matrix?

It works if you go into iniManager and select "Pilot Support", and select "Request Flight from SimBrief".  That's the only way I could get it to work.
