MSFS Phenom 300

the AAU1 package is just giving you plugins to build your own avionics. The entire TBM G3000 for example, all the displays are made customs via plugins with the name of TBMF300.js etc. and the behaviors are custom for how the G3000 behaves for that particular airplane.

The Phenom 300E has it own systems, that behaves differently from a TBM950 obviusly. I cannot just take a copy paste of what the TBM plugin system has and paste it to the Phenom 300E, it is not suitable, things will not match at all! I don't make frankesitain airplanes, therefore althought I can follow the examples from TBM and the documentation from all the amazing work WT has done, the reality is I need to write a plugin system for the Phenom300E, so all the pages, systems, CAS, Alerts, Failures, Behaviors, etc. matches the real aircraft.

Or do you rather have a pretty external model Phenom300E with TBM950 systems?

...

@simbol Sure, why not have both? Milviz has their Blackbird Simulations branch and Shrike sub-branch.  Blackbird Simulations for "simming" and Shrike for Xbox and gaming with the latter financing the former.

A high-end product - with realistic avionics etc - and a lower end version that use stock avionics. Priced very differently and for two totally separate markets.

That makes zero sense, why do you think Xbox users deserve a lesser product? More over why would anybody (even a xbox customer) want to buy a phenom with TBM avionics? I thought everyone was at this point tired of frankeinstains aircraft being offered for cash grabs. Gentleman and ladies, FSREBORN is a brand of quality, I strive for excellence, passion and love, I can't bear even the thought of creating a product without making it correctly.

Secondly running 2 projects is harder than running one, is two branches, 2 codes to maintain, 2 codes to support, 2 products life cycles, etc.

I will build the phenom with the correct avionics as it should be and ensure it works correctly for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Is one platform in my view, I could care less where you load the product, should work the same and provide the same features on any device you use.

Best,

R.

This is a great business attitude!

Some people think because people play Xbox on a couch in front of a large screen, that those couldn't possibly be a hard core simmer.  (Yet somehow sitting in front of a monitor is any more realistic haha).

You can still get many flight simulation peripherals for Xbox.

Neither Xbox nor PC is that close to actual flight.  I don't know why some people are so upset about cross platform support.  I'm absolutely certain the Xbox side drives PC development.

I'm happy MSFS has attracted new users!  When I first flew the sim in FS 5.0 I had no idea what I was doing, probably spent half my time crashing into the sears tower haha.

So anyway thanks for making realistic products for both platforms.

That’s rephrasing the post you were asking about. No reflection on what I’d want in the sim. Hope that clears up the confusion.

That's just more development time.  And of course people will want super cheap prices.
