May 18, 20233 yr I've found FSLTL is good for around 10-15% impact on the main thread depending on the airport and time of day. Unless you're offsetting this by, for example, reducing TLOD you can end up with stutters. Also, when you run your CPU "wide-open", i.e., w/o a frame rate lock, there is no headroom to cope w/ transient spikes on the main thread that may come with FSLTL in the right/wrong conditions. Just start Fsltl and then say yes when it ask do you want to change settings. I don't even have the Fsltl livery package installed only use Fstraffic liveries. So just install FSTraffic models and set FSLTL as above. Ok, got it! Thank you! Intel i9-13900K | Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Master | RTX4090 | 2x16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5-6000 | Be quiet! So I also read the following and says the same as you do for those mindful of FPS performance, the way to go seems to be FST and FSLTL, as the latter allows FS Traffic models to be prioritized over its own models. For me it solves the fps issue in busy airports while filling out all the gaps with missing liveries. So installing FS traffic and not start FS traffic but use the FSLTL injector and choose for using FS traffic model ?? Did you manage to convert the textures and it didn't increase your FPS or you couldn't convert them? I use them converted to 2k instead of 4K and it helps here. Starting to use FSLTL and even when everything is tuned down there are always stutters at airports. Anyone else also experience this ? I have not noticed any stutters with FSLTL on my new system, and I haven't tried to change any FSLTL settings yet. Do you still have stutters if you reduce your MSFS settings down to "Low"?
