I mean, full cycling by turning the batt sw to OFF and even disconnecting the external power 😁 Flying gliders since 1980 Flightsimming since 1992 AMD Ryzen 5600x, 32GB RAM, GPU Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB, 1 TB and 500 GB nvme2 SSD drives, HP 27" 60Hz LED monitor @ 1920x1080, T16000, Hotas from old X52 Pro, Saitek Combat Rudder Pro (2010 model)
June 23, 20232 yr Out of curiosity - nice "tutorial" in the video linked bellow: ATR 72-600 Flight Cockpit View | Silver Airways | Tampa - Ft. June 24, 20232 yr Hmm... first flight with the new patch, flying the ATR42, and I can't seem to get it into VNAV PATH. It will momentarily enter VNAV PATH and then revert to PITCH HOLD. Weights are initialized, cruise was entered, VNAV IAS worked fine on the climb out. I have a few above restrictions, and one hard restriction, and it just won't engage despite being perfectly on the path indicator (and giving me a path indicator).
June 28, 20232 yr It still has it's quirks but is overall a very enjoyable aircraft. I bought a residual price for it due to having upgraded from Standard Edition to Deluxe Premium, but even for Standard Edition owners it is not expensive given the level of detail. ATR 42 and 72 operations are very well documented in this real world captain and instructor pilot, Magnar, who was recently asked to start recording tutorials for the MFS version, and already mad two really valuable contributions. August 1, 20232 yr Really like the ATR but it seems to have some issues. I've encountered the locked-up EFB and sometimes the engines won't start. Annoying to say the least. Richard 7950x3d | 32Gb 6000mHz RAM | 8Tb NVme | RTX 4090 | MSFS | P3D | XP12

This means to pan the VC Camera with my mouse I hold the middle mouse button. Problem is clicking middle mouse in the ATR alsomoves my Props from Fuel Shut off to feather position. So when I'm panning around the cockpit it interferes with my props which I don't want obviously. In the control settings of the sim under Mouse, I only have "Toggle Cockpit view Freelook hold" bound to the middle mouse. It's like the ATR has been hard coded to move props with middle mouse, how do I disable it? Hi guys I'm returning to the ATR following the new update but I can't find a way around the above. So the issue is in the cockpit I use the MIDDLE MOUSE (pressed) to move the cockpit virtual camera. I have a configuration setup for my mouse profile so scroll wheel when accidently pressed doesn't zoom in. For this feature I have configured right mouse + scroll wheel = zoom. This prevents that annoying issue where you are turning knobs using the middle wheel but accidentally zoom in. However I don't know if this is relevant. The issue is when I have my condition levers in the fuel shut off position when I simply press my middle mouse (which would be when I want to change the cockpit virtual camera) both conditions levers move to the feather position, which is not what I want when starting Eng 1 and Eng 2 separately (particularly in Hotel mode). If I simply remove MID CLICK bind from "Toggle Cockpit view Freelook hold" the issue goes away.......but then I lose the ability to move around the VC with my middle mouse. This has been driving me bonkers and kept me away from flying this aircraft. No idea if I'm making any sense? FYI I use the Hotas Warthog throttle. Thanks Thomas Derbyshire

Thanks So it seems disabling my Propeller Axis resolves this issue! Why didn't I try this before, I'm sure I did! Oh well.........obviously now it means I have to control the condition levels manually (with the mouse) but I can live with that. Hope this helps someone else. FYI - I created a new control scheme for my Warthog labelled "Turboprops" so I can flick between when flying anything with a "normal" propellor. Thomas Derbyshire
