I was also stationed in Hawaii, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor/Hickman not too long ago, and as such I have personally spent much time at the USS Arizona Memorial as well as on Ford Island, the USS Missouri, the Punchbowl National Cememtary and other important locations. As a U.S. Veteran with 28 years of service, important dates like December 7th are not lost on me in the least 😉 All that said, I will see what I can do. September 29, 20232 yr I didn't do anything today, but my current idea is to follow the ancient silk road from west to east in a Helicopter. I started from Istanbul and have progressed to Palmyra in 4 legs so far. Next stop Baghdad. I found that the default satelite images in MSFS for Turkey are quite outdated. There is a highway shown in the maps I wanted to follow out of Ankara, that does not yet exist in the sim. Not even the slightest hints of its construction. So I switched to Google images. For the flight planning I don't actually plot a flightplan but I used Google MyMaps to plot a route from destination to destination, which will give me the roads that I want to follow. I then import that layer into LittleNavmap and then I can use that as a moving map in VR. The rest is all manual flying. Edited September 29, 20232 yr by Farlis

September 29, 20232 yr Everything seems to be working here. Update did take a while but then I had a nice pre-dawn flight from LJLJ to LISP (Neofly mission) in the - what else - A2A Comanche. 🙂 Dalmation coast is always a visual treat, I never get tired flying there.
