So they transformed an open process of users beeing able to see all questions and vote to a black box solution. Not my understandig of "communication".

This is a bizarre shift, the forum structure with Votes was alright and seemingly worked (not that they ever picked all the top voted questions) but to hide it behind a wall and no doubt get inundated with the same questions to sift through? They've given themselves a ton more work, doesn't make sense to me.

Pico Neo3 Link VR - Windows 11 64bit, Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Elite Mobo, i7-10700KF CPU, Gigabyte RX 9070 XT OC 16gb (AMD GPU), 32gig Corsair 3600mhz RAM, SSD x2 + M.2 SSD 1tb x1

Saitek X45 HOTAS - Saitek Pro Rudder Pedals - Logitech Flight Yoke - Homemade 3 Button & 8-directional Joystick Box, SNES Controller (used as a Button Box - Additional USB Numpad (used as a Button Box)

Let's all submit the form asking them to bring back the voting lol.

Submitted two questions and made a comment about the new way of asking them...

...then I opened the link again and it allowed me to ask 3 more...🤐😄

I doubt it. Imagine a politician inviting you to a citizens' consultation this way: " I will answer some questions sent to me over time. It will be questions I deem worth answering. You will have the possibilty to write more questions onto a whiteboard during the consultation and I will choose some I like".

Would you attend?

hehe true, the way I see it is they already have their questions and this Form is a polite way of pretending that they're gonna ask some community ones. Hence they got rid of the Voting format so people can't ask why the top 5 most voted for questions never got answered, good old MS eh!?

This, and ONLY this is exactly the reason why they switched to this other method of gathering Q&A question. Sometimes the only thing I wonder is why they think that we users are so stupid not to instantly realize it...

It probably has a lot to do with them avoiding questions about 2024 getting voted up

If this is true, I hope they bring back the voting system for questions after MSFS 2024 is released. I really like the voting system, it gives a way for the community to tell the MSFS team, which questions and which issues are the most important and need to be addressed.

Even though on the form it says the following so they could've just ignored those anyway;

We are not ready to talk more about Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, so please refrain from asking at this time.
