December 5, 20232 yr I previously installed the lighting enhancement which is now included in SU14. Can someone please remind me where I installed it..? 🤫 Edit: Found it!   https://github.com/drunkwinter/MSFS2020.ARPC Edited December 5, 20232 yr by Bert Pieke Bert
December 5, 20232 yr If it is a newer type installation (I assume so as you managed to install the mod), do a search for in windows explorer for MSFS2020.ARPC, as the file path can be very long. These are the files (I found the old zip). dinput8.dllMSFS2020.ARPC.asiMSFS2020.ARPC.ini Edited December 5, 20232 yr by bobcat999 Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). December 5, 20232 yr MSFS2020.ARPC.asi and MSFS2020.ARPC.ini are in Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\MicrosoftFlightSimularor No problem there. But what about dinput8.dll? It shows up in six file locations. Delete them all? Plus there are two instances of a file named dinput8.dll.mui (multi-lingual User Interface). Is it part of this? If it is, should it deleted too?     Lloyd Noel (Ontario, Canada) Intel i9 [email protected] / NZXT Kraken X73 AIO / MSI MPG Z590 Gaming+ / 64GB DDR4 3600 Corsair Vengeance LPX / Gigabyte RTX4080 Super Gaming OC / Dell S3422DWG Monitor / Corsair RM1000e 1KW PS / 1TB WD Black M.2 (Win 11 Pro) / 1TB Sabrent Rocket M.2 .(MSFS2020) / 512GB Sabrent Rocket M.2 (XP12) / 1TB TimeTec SATA (Misc. & FS Support)

No! Absolutely not. Just the one you put into the MSFS folder. It wasn't there before you added it for the mod, so delete only that one. Other apps can have another instance of dinput8.dll in other locations, and if you delete them, those apps can fail. December 5, 20232 yr Was dinput8.dll part of the sky color mod? I thought the mod just consisted of the two MSFS2020.ARPC files. I see I do have a dinput8.dll file in my Content folder where the two MSFS2020.ARPC files were, but I don't recall putting the dinput8.dll file there. Maybe a memory problem on my part! 🤕 Al Edited December 5, 20232 yr by ark
