December 16, 20232 yr I am thinking my issue is with my poor coordination rather than settings, but I will ask anyway... What are the best settings to make walking around the aircraft and airports easy? I currently use an x-Box Controller (on a desktop system) in Showcase view. December 16, 20232 yr Drone speed 2 seems like a realistic walk speed to me. Or 1 for slow walkers. For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.
December 16, 20232 yr It wud be great if if you cud walk in and out of the aircraft properly, go up the stairs into the airliner, etc…just like you can in the Hotstart challenger in XP11/12….is that kinda possible to code do you think in FS2020…wud add to the immersion. Regards Paul EGCC

You can also assign "increase / decrease drone speed" to controller buttons so that you can easily speed up / slow down while "walking".
December 16, 20232 yr Drone speed and fsrealistic is all well and good but what I want to be able to do is exactly what you can do with the challenger 650 in X Plane, if you don’t own that aircraft then you won’t know but you are able to walk out to the aircraft and walk up the stairs into the Flightdeck and stay in the flightdeck if you want…if I cud have that in FS2020 I wud be very happy …rather than load up say the Fenix for example and your put straight into the cockpit…I want to walk out to the aircraft and walk up the stairs…. Wud be very cool to simulate that 😃 Regards Paul EGCC
