Recommended Posts

Update  = Dune Expansion pack

..or maybe not, it flashed up on screen briefly but im now stuck on the main menu window with just that rotating 'thinking about it' thing in the corner (oh it does show Dune expansion in marketplace when I checked)

P.S. 500 employed on 2024?, someone is having a laugh

My highlights to test will be....and the memory optimisation to help reduce stuttering

After a 5 day case of course of seasonal CompVid-24 where I had complete loss of fluid animation out of nowhere despite ample CPU/GPU/VRAM headroom in modest terminals the illness passed yesterday, I am back to totally fluid, stutter-free animation out of KLAX (FeelThere) to KLAS (FT) in the PMDG 738, the only thing driving a decision to upgrade to RTX4090 is VRAM at this point.  Upon arrival into KLAS VRAM was close to maxed and introduced some loss of perfection.

I think AI is going to be revamped in MSFS 2024. I mean, they have 500 people working on MSFS 2024. So there is probably a team specializing in AI somewhere in those 500 people. Ditto for ATC, I suspect there is a team working on ATC for MSFS 2024.

Working Title specializes in avionics, so I think they would stay on avionics.  Even in software development and a game like this with various teams in the project, you have developers and teams that specialize in different areas.

From my experience in large organizationa,15 or so are actually coding and 485-490 are administrative type functions clogging up progress....

Call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind, but I prefer Rob.

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.
