To me it appeared like you were unsure about what commands to use to control Strobe and logo. If you meant they aren't currently controlled by Fo say so and they will be looked at.

Not currently controlled The pulse switch will not click twice  and retractable  switch as well.

Logo lights, you can have them blink or fixed, need command click twice.

Using PMDG 737-700 latest version 2.0.41 (check you are up to date)  default settings, I checked all lights using the list box and they all behaved as expected.

The only thing I'm not sure about is this "retractable landing lights" you mentioned. In the -700 series, there are only 2 switches and they go either on or off.

Are you using different landing lights? Please guide me on how to get those you're referring to. Thanks

Thank u for your help in the settings  of 737_700  you switch on the light then switch one more time to  activate the pulse lights 

Retractable hit the switch lights turn on hit switch again retractable lights fold out under aircraft.

After changing the landing lights type in FMC CDU (equipment page 14), could finally see the issue. Should be fixed in patch. Replace all files

As Crab suggested if you want both set to same state.

The commands for the right side FD are

flight director number two on/off

flight director two on/off

fd two on/off

... there are a few other variations.

Remember, MCE has a capability not found in any other speech based crew simulation, namely the ability to translate ANY natural speech to a speech command the crew is trained to react to.

Therefore, if you are naturally inclined to tell your Fo "put the guidance bars on your side sweety" (or whatever you have in mind), it can happen. See this thread

Do this for the odd scenario where you usually have to think hard about what to say.

In general, there is more than one way to ask for something to be done (thanks to our speech grammars refined over more than a decade), but it's impossible to cover all possible verbiage from all over the world, hence occasionally putting this feature to good use. And you can speak in ANY language too. I mention this for the Europeans who may stumble into this thread.
