I just flew Sedona and am molto impressed. On my blog site is a compare of a real shot from 3 months ago, google earth, and fsx and fsx is very deficient in this compare. No longer-gex really improves fsx a lot. This is just a terrific purchase value. Incredible bang for the buck.GEX combined with UTX just looks so realistic, it's incredible. The autogen anotation is so much better than default, everything looks so meticulously placed. Flying from my home field (KPHL) the landscape looks very realistic. Almost looks like photo terrain, but better since the autogen is placed so perfectly.I anxiously await the next release. I'm greatful that not only is the price very reasonable, but we get the US AND canada in one package. One heck of a great deal imo.

Yes, definitely a fantastic product.And Anthony is such a nice guy, he really wants to help and to know that people are enjoying his work.I had a problem with the mountain texture. GEX is a decent package, cities and the country side can look impressive.Your great mountain screenshot above is nice, but it is not how mountains look in general in GEX. I purchased based on the GEX gallery screenshots of mountains hoping the Rockies in Canada would look like that, and they dont. It seems the default landclass and other add on landclasses define very little mountain areas as needed for the effect above.I've tried the default landclass and the Vancouver Plus landclass.I wish all mountains would look like that screenshot :)

No editing.You'll see that it was not easy but maybe it will help you saving the time I've spent to get this result.

Thanks David for the tip.Could you try setting a plane over Banff CYBA and see if you get the mnt rock texture in the area?
