April 21, 20242 yr A couple of weeks ago I posted a thread asking for advice about isues with my FulcrumSim yoke, as I was under the impression that the company had gone AWOL. Ray Proudfoot very kindly offered some advice regarding Chris at FulcrumSim and Allard helped me with an email. I sent an email on the Friday and received a reply from Chris on the Sunday, offering to help correct any issues immediately. However, I didn't actually read the email until the Tuesday as it had ended up in my spam folder (very helpful.) After replying to Chris's email, he offered to organise a courier and the yoke was returned to him on the Thursday. On Sunday he emailed me to say that the yoke had been repaired and he would make delivery for the next day. I was amazed and incredibly grateful. I have received the yoke and everything is working as it should. He also checked the inside of the unit and ensured everything was working correctly. I've had the yoke for just two years and have found it a wonderful piece of equipment. In addition, my experience with Chris has been second to none, with after sales service being top notch. I had an issue with a button about a year ago, a quick email and a replacement was sent out within 24 hours! Chris has had a rough time and not only has he had to deal with post pandemic issues he's also had to deal with supplier shortfalls and shipment problems. He has a young family and with all the issues associated with running your own business, I wouldn't be surprised if his personal life hasn't also suffered. He is working with exisiting customers to ensure they have any necessary support. At the same time, he is building everything back up, but it will take time. So to all those who have been less than 'nice' to the guy, please try and put yourselves in his boat. I'm hoping to see FulcrumSim back up to speed in the not too distant future. Thanks Chris for your sterling support, appreciated. April 21, 20242 yr The couple of times I met him at Cosford, Chris struck as the sort of bloke who's probably mortified at what's happened, particularly in terms of looking after his customers. I sincerely hope he gets back on his feet, because there's never been a better time for purveyors of flight sim peripherals. If he hasn't walked away in despair ( who could blame him), I reckon he'll be back at full steam before too long. Surely not everybody was kung fu fighting. https://rationalwiki.org
April 21, 20242 yr That is a company that definitely deserves to get back on its feet. I'm amazed at the quality of the yoke. He could have charged a lot more for it (and I'm grateful he didn't!). Ryzen 7 7800X3D/B650 X AX | 5090 | 32gig | Win10 | Pimax Crystal Light

April 21, 20242 yr I had a problem with my yoke . the spring broke. I contacted them and they said send them the yoke, at their expense, NEXT DAY AIR. They completley rebuilt the yoke with new springs and sent it back to me in a day or two. See if you et that from any other compant let alone a small one such as this. WELL DONE, indeed. Peter Osborn
