May 22, 20242 yr First made in the 1950's. Still made today. And it will be far into the future. Inexpensive but great speed, ceiling, and simple aerobatics considering how small and cheap this plane is. Despite the short wings, it lands easily. But short wings means it takes speed and longer runway to lift off. Lionheart has over 20 liveries and 3 interior colors. Includes a modern W-10 version with retractable tricycle gear and glass screen GPS right ahead of you (includes an on panel autopilot). And an older version (with simple avionics but older looking switches and such). And an W-8 vintage version that is more simple yet (art deco panel, only a hidden autopilot, etc). I reset the default view by moving the seat up, back, and tilted down (MSFS calls tilting "looking"). And saving that custom view to keypad 7 (I use the same key in all planes). The plane has a sheet glass canopy which means that moving the seat up actually does give a great view. The side windows are large, the wing is high. https://lionheartsimulations.com/tailwind.html 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. May 23, 20242 yr The screenshots shown in this thread look like they are from the many years old P3D product, and do not seem to be representative of what's currently seen on Simmarket previews, which looks significantly improved. Edited May 23, 20242 yr by STK
May 23, 20242 yr Author Yeah, I went to their website and DL pics from their older version. Sorry. I do have the MSFS version now, but no time to fly it yet. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel.
