I was told it's because of ADS-B coverage. Whatever it is, it's immersion breaking. That depends on where you are. A lot of airports are good, but quite a lot of other airports had ads-b coverage problems due to a data provider that closed its business. But actually this week RealTraffic has announced it contracted two new traffic data providers, so things may have improved.

If you're comparing FPS on rendering only FSLTL models between FSLTL’s Injector and PSXT, FPS is negligible because it would only come down to how many planes are rendered. PSXT has built in logic to cull airplanes outside a certain radius, so you can control the limits of how many aircraft spawn around you. The fewer you have, the higher your FPS is

The fewer you have, the higher your FPS is Unfortunately I cannot say the same...there is something on my system (7800x3D; 4070Ti; 2Tb ssd; 64Gb Ram) that is affected by the online activity of PSXT, independently by the number of active aircraft...a pretty constant decrease of 7-10fps (even with less then 9-10 active). No fps decrease if only static. With FSTL with the double of aircraft I don't have the same problem. Very strange but that is. Fortunately, since few months, having the possibility to change the number of active aircraft with PSXT, gave a little relief. At the moment PSXT represent for me the best solution in term of immersivity; even if I have also experienced some ghosting. Edited June 4, 20242 yr by fra147
October 21, 20241 yr Author I tried to post in tips and tricks. Use teleport to after flying to 1st destination. Teleport to different continent and back to gate after the flight. It will reset all objects and you can fly the next leg. Do the same teleport workaround after 2nd flight and go on. No needs anymore to leave session. Use for trick developer mode 》TOOLS 》 TELEPORT WINDOW. You have to have a subscription if you want to use PSXT FYI: That has changed. Without a RT license you can now use PSXT for static aircraft parked at airports. Edited October 21, 20241 yr by kiek
