Summer updates from Black Square

Featured Replies

Always keep a close eye on Black Square. Soon this one will be the most high-quality top-notch superb AAA-study-level developer above all others... Wow that Star Ship also looks more than promising.
😉

This list looks really good, but I was hoping to see a sound set for the TBM, wasn't that supposed to be coming? Nick has done amazing work but I wonder if he's going to need to expand from beyond 1 person show given the size of fleet to maintain with updates while doing new aircraft. Can't wait for the starship, but please Nick consider the soundset for the TBM.

Love all of Black Square aircraft, my favorites are:  analog Baron, TB 850 and Duke Turbine.

Nick you are the man!!!

I mean it takes money and time - it may be done but I think Boris had a million other projects he was working on first.

If I were the dev I wouldn't do it because it already uses the default which sounds okay and you'd have to spend the money on a project that's already been released with no financial incentive.

Does anyone know if there is an alternative soundset for the TBM, like through FT Sim or equivalent?

Yes.  Well technically Boris did the exterior audio for the dukes but BS did everything else for previous planes

I really like watching all the processes that are visualized on their tablet!

Yes.

What? No that is impossible, look at the Dukes they are so great and so photorealistic with all these features and the sophisticated 3D model. They need at least five persons  to create such a masterpiece 🙂  (one 3D-developer, one graphics designer, one dedicated to scripting and C++, one running to various stores and shops to bring back a constant supply of donuts, and a fifth person running to stores bringing back a constant flow of Energydrinks, Coca-Cola and caffeine-cookies).
