thanks, but the link doesnt work anymore

Just sent the link.

With regards altn flaps, the commands to use are

alternate flaps set to alternate

alternate flaps switch to normal

Synch heading command functional, but may not see it listed in "available_Commands.dat" as the installer doesn't overwrite files with same names in flows folder.

@FS++ I've completed my flows and I found only a few things not working: "Your ND mode to" and "Your ND range to" don't do anything. The respective switches aren't operated. "TCAS mode to

If using Simbrief, there is a speech command which requires confirmation you can put to good use by asking co-pilot to input flight plan into FMC CDU

insert flight plan into fmc cdu

insert flight plan into cdu

...there are other variants

When he/she start inserting data, you could ask him/her to stop at any time with commands "cancel this", "cancel that", "stop this".....

appreciate the support

1-can you please make the Flaps order confirmation an option ? its so annoying and unrealistic ,or otherwise remove it and whoever needs this option can set it in the script and choose confirmation option

2-for some reason when calling for landing chk ,FO reads 'landing gear' and then moves the gear up

3-happens on all aircrafts includiing the 777 , when asking to set freq with .1 for ex.125.150 the FO always misses the 1 after the decimle so he sets 125.500 instead

Please provide examples of flaps requests you're making and from which detent. Currently Fo will ask for confirmation when you skip one detence, could make it 2 detents before requiring confirmation.

2-for some reason when calling for landing chk ,FO reads 'landing gear' and then moves the gear up

Can only be a case of speech engine picking up the wrong command

All checklist requets must end with keyword "checklist" or "check".

This is often misunderstood. Because of the need to handle both COM 1 and COM 2, radio dialling requests must include the device number.

"com one", "com two", "radio one", radio two", "vhf one", "Vhf two" to distinguish between them

To request 125.150 on VHF 1 (words between parenthesis are optional)

vhf one one two five decimal one five zero   (Note the "one one" in the command. The first one is releated to "com one", not part of the freq)

vhf one one twenty five point one five oh

vhf two one twenty five point one five

Same for "Nav one", "Nav two", "adf one", adf two"

1-it goes for any flap setting request beyond flaps 5 , even from 5 to 15

2-i do call ‘LDG CHK’ and he starts reading it , when he comes to LDG gear he retracts it i.e i dont give any replies in the middle of chk reading since its all alrwady in green and if the command was misunderstood he would hv only retract the gear without going throw the chk

3-when i give a freq change order i start with the radio no. As you mentioned exactly its just for some reason he doesnt recognize the one after the decimal

Will be looked at.

It's possible, when FO gets to the gear item he somehow cannot see it in the expected state and tries to set it as per checklist. This happens with option "strict checklist" enabled in "Advanced options" panel. For now disabled that option and the only thing that may happen is the Fo arguing about the gear state if it's not as per checklist.

Wilco , and also can you look into the flaps confirmation issue pls

many thanks

Will do.

Which specific plane are we talking about?

Reading current flaps handle position and gear status is donw differently from one complex plane to another (they usually don't use the default Asobo cariables). It could be that the FO is seeing handle at zero and wanting to confirm requested setting every time when he should only be doing that when you skip 2 detents, like requesring flaps 15 from flaps 1 detent on the 737.

It only happens on the 777

Now I understand. As this wasn't reported when the Beta started, Could be most recent patches to the 777 that caused some data (like current flaps handle position) not to be read correctly. Will be looked at.
