PMDG 777 Tyre Pressure problem

Featured Replies

I seem to recall that the last update addressed the tyre pressure problem that many of us were experiencing with the PMDG 777 - oops sorry guess I should be saying Tire pressure !

Not working for me - I still have the issue. Just downloaded a stock livery (British Airways) and get tyre pressure problems in all tyres.

Followed advise on the PMDG forum, and deleted panel states that I have created, and recreated them. Also reset the startup panel.

Still does not work - any further thoughts as to what I can do

Sorry if this sounds daft but have you gone into the maintenance option in the FMC and serviced ac/replaced tires? Are you starting at the gate or on the runaway? Also have you tried as as test starting in the air just to see if problem is the same when gear is up?

Not an expert btw I just own the plane in fsx so flew that version a lot. Still do!

its been noted by pmdg to be fixed.  you get a tire pressure warning and cant fix it in the maintainence menu.  correct me if im wrong, its to do with gsx.  but its a none fault to be fixed.

I have never seen that issue, but I don't use GSX ( thank goodness).

Mine has tires, and they're all fine.

i9-10850K, ASUS TUF GAMING Z490-PLUS (WI-FI), 32GB G.SKILL DDR4-3603 / PC4-28800, GIGABYTE RTX5080 16GB WF OC 3 FAN running 3440x1440

For me it's gone with the latest update...I used to have it before the update but not anymore

Go to

C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\packages\pmdg-aircraft-77w\work\Aircraft

you'll find various xxx.hours files there (xxx corresponding with the registration). Try to manually correct the pressure. Hopefully it won't revert to erroneous figures.

Minor bug compared to the nightmare electrical problems on the Fenix. For instance, Fault lights popping up on overhead, including GPWS SYS, Eng anti ice faults, Ext Power showing available at FL340 ( long extension cord I guess) Reported on a ticket months ago, and the result was "nothing".

I love flying the 777 because everything works.
