What an impressive update! Love the EFB. Been flying for hours today, everything is working great 👍🏻

I'm getting an error when installing.  "The following error occurred on the file c:\users......\dukeElectricalVisualizerTurbine.svg.  The system cannot find the path specified".  Anyone seen this?  I do not own the Duke if that matters.  I hit ignore on the error and it keeps going, but don't want to fly until I know.  Saw a similar post in their forums but no replies yet.  My sim just crashes trying to load a flight, so I uninstalled for now.  I did all the usual, redownload the installer, uninstall, reinstall.  Just curious if anyone ran into anything similar.

I had the same issue with both dukes as well. I opened a ticket with Just Flight and they sent me instructions on how to install to a different directory.

Bring up the command prompt through the windows console. drag and drop the TBM installer to the command prompt. Add a space, then add the word "browse" without the quotation marks, and hit enter. It will run the installer. A box will come up that will allow you to install it to the folder of your choice. After it installs, copy and paste the aircraft to your community folder. I did this, and it worked like a charm.

Thanks, this did the trick.  Their help was saying to move the entire FS folder and it sounded like a big hassle.  This was much easier.

There's also the improved ground handling. Great update. I haven't used the Instant Beta on Touchdown option though. Just using a button assignment instead.

Yes the TBM offers a great view and speed, but if you are going to fly in New Zealand, setting your cruise for 9000 is not the smartest move to make.

DOH!!!!

Those mountains cam mighty close.

I’ve not flown the TBM for a while (mostly as I’ve been away on holiday). I tried it today with the update and it was a joy to return to. Very happy with the new tablet as well as a lot of the smaller refinements. I’m excited to try the new icing behaviour as that was something I thought needed to be improved (the C414 has the best icing logic and visuals of any plane I own I think), so hopefully this is now closer to that.

One feature I think he should add to all Blacksquare aircraft is noise cancelling headphones mode. I love it in the Comanche and Visionjet, and find the TBM to be very loud when trying to listen/communicate with ATC while using SI.

Did you try the in-built MSFS option?

I didn’t because I (maybe incorrectly) thought there wasn’t a key binding I could use to turn it on/off in the aircraft, if I use the default MSFS option?

You can assign a key/button bind to "toggle headphone simulation".

I tried assigning a keyboard key in the regular MSFS Control Options menu to this action, "toggle headphone simulation" but it doesn't appear to do anything. Is that how you handled it, or did you use e.g. Spad to assign the command to a button?

I'm not sure why it doesn't work for me. Manually setting it from the General Options > Sounds menu does work ok, but I'd rather use a key or button of course.

Did not work for me either.
