I'm having trouble getting the PMS GTN 750 to work at all in MSFS 2024 - it doesn't show up in any plane I try in MSFS 2024 where it shows the bezel but stays blank or doesn't even give me an option to add it. Have downloaded the new 2024 750 version and extracted to the Community folder (not the default Community folder but one I placed on another drive by changing it in the MSFS Library). If I try something like the M20R in the tablet it says that it's not installed. It's also not showing up in the Toolbar in MSFS which seems to suggest an install issue? But I definitely have it in the right community folder as I have the A2A Commanche and Milviz C310R there and they show up in the sim ok.

When I go into the Library in MSFS I can't see the 750 there - should I be able to? Ran the 750 verify bat file and it comes up saying no errors. I did deactivate my license in order to switch from 2020 -> 2024 but that shouldn't have impacted anything (I think). Have also tried to get it to work in the latest version of the Commanche and the C310R with the latest extra WTT files and the latest C310R install with no luck.

Anyone else had similar issues?

It's supposed to - he made a install version specifically for 2024.

My bad I have the TDS version but I was under the impression even the PMS version was a no go

Thanks - yeah I've done all that already as well as the trouble-shooting steps for a blank screen. Thought I'd check in on the hive mind here in case anyone else had similar issues before firing off a support ticket to the developer.

I still don't see why the PMS version would be working. It's a know bug from MSFS and not the Gtnx software.

TDS is waiting on the update from Microsoft

I use the TDS 750 as a popout window on a tablet running Spacedesk. Works just fine with 2024...

Try it at nite. Seriously.  Then you will know if working or not.

Not a dim screen issue. Tried at night and still black. Also it's not appearing in the tool bar. So seems like an install issue but I have it in the right community folder. I'm stumped at this point. I'll just have to contact the dev and see if we can figure out what's going on.

Well got it fixed. In case anyone is running into the same issue I had to completely delete it from the community folder as whatever I was doing somehow messed with avionics in general and the 530/430 was also coming up blank. Also ran a verify files on Gamepass. Then I unzipped the 750 package to my C:/ drive root as saw on their Discord. Then copied that into my community folder and magically it all worked this time around.

Thanks so much, Have been trying to install this directly into my community folder by unzipping there. The only thing that worked was downloading to my C drive, unzipping there and then dragging the unzipped folder into my community folder. I am loving the GTN750.
