MSFS2024 and Ifly737
I have experienced various glitches that are well documented and discussed. I still like it and am thankful for this add-on even though it is experimental. Once the glitches are ironed out, the experimental disclaimer will be removed. As a result, not my go to add-on. It will be momentous once it is no longer experimental. At this point it is definitely the best 737 Max add-on available.

MSFS2024 and Ifly737
Hence iFly's disclaimer that the 737 Max for MSFS 2024 is still experimental after 14 months. Very disappointing. If the PMDG 737s were still experimental for MSFS 2024, the peanut gallery would be screaming loudly.

FlightFX Citation X V2 Releases Today
What is the nose wheel sensitivity like on takeoff and landing? I find the Hjet nose wheel super twitchy still with curves flattened.

Hondajet | Vancouver (CYVR) to Kelowna (CYLW) | FlightFX
A quick business jet flight from Vancouver to Kelowna, B.C. Normally a 4 hour drive by car. Flight time was 37 minutes. RW 34 is an RNAV approach. I did a VFR landing. I have my sensitivity turned right down on the rudder pedals and find this add-on very twitchy and hard to control during takeoff and landing roll.

777-200LR | Vancouver (CYVR) to Sydney (YSSY) | PMDG
This is the Air Canada's 15 hour flight from Vancouver (CYVR) to Sydney (YSSY) on the 777-200LR. It is actually Air Canada's longest 777 route. I have flown this route many times in real life. This flight had 127 tons of fuel on board. I love hand flying the approach on the 777.

iFly 737 Max version 1.1.0.0 is out now
Thanks!! Will give that a try.

iFly 737 Max version 1.1.0.0 is out now
I find the ifly is great and stable if you are doing a 30 minute take off and landing circuit. But when I do a 5 hour airliner flight I get a CTD.

iFly 737 Max version 1.1.0.0 is out now
It is experimental because it is an MSFS 2020 add on that was simply ported over to MSFS 2024 as opposed to a ground up new build on MSFS 2024.

iFly 737 Max version 1.1.0.0 is out now
I think for emphasis.

iFly 737 Max version 1.1.0.0 is out now
The iFly is still classified as experimental as it is ported to MSFS 2024 from MSFS 2020. As a result it is still buggy. And people give PMDG a hard time for being slow on new releases. I truly can't wait for a 737 Max built for MSFS 2024. Why is this taking so long?

777-200LR | Sydney (YSSY) Australia | Hand Fly | IMC | RW34L
One of the most satisfying experiences in airliner sim flying is hand flying an ILS approach in zero visibility and in rain. Seeing the runway perfectly lined up at minimums is very satisfying. That was my objective on this flight. At the very end is a full FSI Panel rating.

Arlanda (ESSA), Sweden | Stockholm | Precision Landing
Arlanda, Sweden is a featured airport in the MSFS 2024 landing challenge series. RW 01L has a straight forward approach and is located north of Stockholm.

Westjet | 737-800 | Trinidad, Piarco (TTPP) Landing | PMDG
Back in the sim cockpit after a month off. Recurrent sim training for the sim. Westjet flies from Toronto to Trinidad, Port of Spain. This is video of a Westjet 737-800 landing at Trinidad's Piarco airport. I landed here in real life to get to Tobago.

Broome (YBRM) | Landing Challenge | Australia | 737 Max
Broome, Australia is a featured airport in the MSFS 2024 landing challenge series. RW 28 has a nice approach in over the Indian Ocean into this beach resort town, home of the 22 km white sand, Cable Beach.

Vaasa (EFVA) | Precision Landing Challenge | Finland | A320
Vaasa, Finland is a featured airport in the MSFS 2024 landing challenge series. Scenic and rural landscape on the approach in.

General Aviation vs Airliners
Repetition makes you better and better at the task at hand. It is the difference between a professional and an amateur.

General Aviation vs Airliners
The intermix comment is interesting. My friend is a 777 Captain that owns a 185. He intermixes weekly because he uses the 185 to commute. He can't wait to retire and be flying the 185 only.

MSFS 2024 sold 245K copies on PS5 so far
If everyone of those PS5 buyers purchased a PMDG 737-800 and 777-200, PMDG would have additional revenues of $37,291,450. There is money in them there hills!!!

General Aviation vs Airliners
I like both but prefer Airliners. Basically I am a virtual Airliner pilot that owns a TBM and Hondjet. Many career ailriner pilots have their own private plane. Fly airliners for money and GA for fun on days off.
