I don't know if anyone from the US is having success in downloading it but I am on about my 5th try-it just stopped at 624/775 MB and looks like once again a fail.Just even trying to get back on the store site seems to be a problem now-guess it is too popular right now.http://www.mediafire.com/imgbnc.php/1b5baf...b9f427f694g.jpgMy blog:http://geofageofa.spaces.live.com/

Hi Geof, you should definitely use a download manager, like DAP or FDM.Haven't been able to log into the store either for the last few hours; seems like there's a bigger "appetite" for FTX than anyone expected...Cheers, Holger

My download is at 630MB, but i'm not in the US. I hope mine doesn't stop...

Hi,it's simply worth the money :)Texture quality is great and i have no FPS problems, but i don't know your PC. I'm sure you will like it, if you have a current PC system.I think it's nearly perfect, what could be done, if you don't use photo sceneries.

I was able to download the program, but I am now having a problem getting the required keys to install it. Apparently the stores front end was overwhelmed by FTX and they are trying to slowly recover. I finally gave up on trying to install it, and decided to go and watch TV!Pete S.

Amazing2. Out out of this world. Best yet. 3. I have excellent FPS with FTX. Maybe better than default, but with 10X the detail. 4. Simply put the best scenery/landclass and texture upgrade EVER for FSX so far. Autogen is stunning as are the textures.5. Um...yeah...totally upgraded my fsx experience to jaw dropping. (i do have a kickass PC mind you)I never fly in Australia, always in the US, but now....holy moly...I think I will be flying in Aussie for quite some time.

1. Downloaded it without issue.2. It was in a league all its own during beta 5 months ago, can't see it getting worse then that, only better.3. Installing it now; I doubt my opinion will change.4. Will report back!Regards,http://www.dreamfleet2000.com/gfx/images/F...R_FORUM_LOU.jpg

Just got it downloaded and installed. This is an amazing package-and seems like a lot for the price.Performance is just as good if not better. Resolution looks like some of Christians 30 cm tileproxy!Lots to explore but impressions are extremely good!I will post a few prelims in the screenshot forum.http://www.mediafire.com/imgbnc.php/1b5baf...b9f427f694g.jpgMy blog:http://geofageofa.spaces.live.com/

Some things I have noted so far:More populated roads with traffic-and the roads look much more realistic.Textures look razor sharp even down low.Roads/rivers are lined with trees that look very real (like they really do from the air). Likewise housing developements tree coverage look more real. The grass and variety from the air is incredible!Performance seems as good if not better than defaults. Took off from Sydney-almost every gate had an aircraft and the downtown buildings were visable. Got 22-23 on the ground and 35-45 once in the air-a contrast to klga where 14-15 on the ground and 21 in the air is typical.Lots to explore-have barely made a dent-but this is one nice/incredible package!http://www.mediafire.com/imgbnc.php/1b5baf...b9f427f694g.jpgMy blog:http://geofageofa.spaces.live.com/

Just flying it now. Installation went without a hitch.WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!I knew that the RTM would be at least as good as the beta, and the beta was GREAT!Don't hesitate. Worth every penny. :)Also, and as I did when flying the beta, take up the Trike, and stay somewhat low. Don't waste your time with the 747!Regards,http://www.dreamfleet2000.com/gfx/images/F...R_FORUM_LOU.jpg

What's important here for many is the frame rates compared to GEX, not the default. If FTX can match GEX in frames, than they should do very well with this series.Curt
