Dornier Do X, from Ushuaia to Porvenir

Featured Replies

As you can see from the first picture, I first fly along the Beagle Channel, then up north along the rough and windy west coast towards Punta Arenas, before I turn east again to finally land near Porvenir.

Any attempt to stretch fuel is guaranteed to increase headwinds

My specs: AMD Radeon RX6700XT, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, 32GB RAM, 34" monitor, screen resolution: 2560x1080

nice set, but that wall paper...

All my FSX/P3D repaints are here on Avsim, for my MSFS repaints, go to FS.2

Hahaha, I agree Jan, that wallpaper has to go. As you can see from the photo below, the real thing looked much better 🙂

Another great set from you to an out-of-the-way place. And, as always, an interesting aircraft (or watercraft) choice.

Wonderful shots Bernd! 😉

You are right, buddy, next time, if I don't forget it again. 😄 Btw, this is still FS2020. I haven't bought FS2024 yet. I will wait until more bugs have been cleared and the marketplace is again available. I am very happy, with how FS2020 is running on my system and I can tinker with my planes, as I have stored them on my hard drive and not in a distant cloud with no access to them.

Same to me, and it looks like this will be a long run, maybe next year as a Christmas gift could be possible - but we will see how it goes..

cheers 😉

Great tour and shots. I like the full flat beds on board. But I doubt you could work with the map in the nav room?

Cheers, Gerold
