January 19, 20251 yr Hi folks, I'd like to mention something that happened to me this morning and I'm feeling a bit conflicted about the Winwings thing: I have preordered the MCDU for the Airbus and the PFP 7 panel and a panel mount part and this morning I wanted to pay for the panel mount. I am not in Paypal because I once had terrible problems there and then left. But I thought you can pay by card, well you can't, which I also find very bad by the way, how can such a store not offer card payment, that's just a boomer !!! OK then I took this Thrust thing which goes directly through the Bank account with TAN and the booking went through my account (to be seen on the bank account) and meanwhile Winwing had a payment counter of 15 minutes and when it was at 0 it said the payment had been canceled. The customer service of Winwing told me the same thing, but the money was debited, so where did it go? Now I'm really angry and I'm thinking about canceling the MCDU and CDU because I don't know where I stand with them and whether a next payment will even go through. I then wanted to reverse my payment online, which was offered to me, but it was no longer possible, I should go to my bank privately.
