For some odd reason, and I have spent, literally all afternoon trying to sort out, I can't assign prop or mixture to my quadrant, via, MSFS, FSUIPC or Axis & Ohs. Does anyone have any ideas? Cheers.

I successfully got it mapped in 2024.  I did the throttle in FSUIPC (because of the reverse detent on the TQ6) and did the other two in MSFS.  I’m mid flight right now but will confirm my setup after I land if someone else doesn’t get there first.

What controller are you using ? Can you see it under windows “game controllers “?

It's the VirtualFly TQ6, the same as Dave's. It shows it's working fine in MSFS, Axis&Ohs and FSUIPC, all the axis' are working, it's just not moving the mixture or prop controls in the cockpit!

I have honeycomb bravo/charlie and TM.320 stick . TM.320 stick had conflicts with honeycomb rudder and throttle. I had to delete conflicting assignment for z axis and throttle axis . There is function in  MSFS control settings if you move any “slider” on you controls it show you the binding . If you see similar binding from another controller delete it

I use AAO and had to revert to LVARs to get mixture and propeller axis working. Here is the full list available in their Discord:

-If you cant set the units, ranges from -100% to +100% become -1 to +1

Hi Dave, hmm, I'm getting nowhere fast with this, and to be frank, getting frustrated and little angry. I have removed the profiles from the FSUIPC ini file and removed profles from both MSFS and A&Ohs, started afresh, and still can't configure either the prop or mixture. Throttle is OK and works on both MSFS and FSUIPC.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion, but I have never used LVARS and have no idea what to do wth them or where to put them! It seems ridiculous to think I have to go through all this time wasting to get this to work. There is clearly an issue with the release of this aircraft if you have to revert to a way of assigning these levers other than a simple process in MSFS or FSUIPC. I understand the LVARS are code, but where do I start to get this to work? Thanks.  EDIT: I'm trying to assign the LVARS via ChatGPT. I'll see if it works.

I agree! Using default bindings from the MSFS UI works, but rather have all my bindings configured in AAO. 

If you are also using this tool and cannot get it to work using AI let me know and I’ll send a screenshot of my bindings.

By chance do you have the TQ6 enabled in the virtual fly software?

Hi Dave, TBH, I never installed any software for the quadrant. From what I remember, it was recognised by 2020 instantly. I must add, this is the first time I have had any issues with the quadrant or with any other aircraft. I think it's clear that it is somehow assocated with the aircraft, also, the quadrant is being recognised by MSFS. FSUIPC and A&Ohs, it's just not 'getting to' the aircraft. Also, I tried to reach out to Cows support, only to find that it's Discord (what's all that about) all it appeared to be was a general community group, no support directly from Cows... unless I'm mistaken.

Hi matey, if you could send across an image of your bindings in AAO, yes, that would be great! I'm in AAO now and trying to get LVARS working, but still no joy. I may not be adding the correct values in the right boxes, having not done it before. I'm following ChatGPT instructions, which are quite detailed, but they could be wrong. EDIT:  No worries! I've got it sorted! A mixture of following some pics elsewhere and ChatGPT! I had no idea it is so easy, but not having added LVARS before, I didn't know where to start, so it has been a good exercise. Thanks to everyone for the support.
