Then you should enter in your Smart Car. 😁 Much better view there! 👍 At Le Val des Terres you lose sight after a few seconds. Although there are a few places you can observe up the hill. It scares' me at 30 in my daughters Fiat. 😁 Edited April 20, 20251 yr by martin-w
April 20, 20251 yr Author @martin-w the hill climbs are brilliant but what a beautiful place to live!!! Your last comment about it scares you at 30 is what I always try to explain about racing when they ask how fast you go. If I am at top speed chances are I am going straight! It's a lot easier to do 180 going straight than it is to do 80 around a corner you would normally take at 15 with a wall approaching as you fight your brains survival instinct and put your foot to the floor trusting the car is going to do what you are asking it to and knowing if you miss by an inch you are in the wall. Now that takes a special "mindset" which I use liberally because you may actually have to be out of your mind LOL... 😉 Being this is a flight sim forum I will keep it air transport 🙂 It's usually about the same price for a car to fly as a human in First Class... I have a friend who just brought his back and forth from here to Germany for a Special Porsche event... He owns a 1968 car that raced at LeMans. Whether it's "doable" or not for me it is "doable" LOL... With my race license there are a lot of places I can also rent a track car. My friend did that for a season of Endurance racing at Spa and the Ring and it was cheaper than racing his own car over here! Here is some US Muscle going for a sightseeing trip 🙂 Edited April 20, 20251 yr by psolk Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk
April 20, 20251 yr I'm from South Jersey, close to Cherry Hill. Hand problems suck! Been dealing with some kind of inflammatory response in my right hand for 5 months now, can barely use it. Still trying to get to the cause of it. Not a youngster any more, turn 70 y.o. in a couple of months. Get better and race on psoik. At least you can safely flight sim. It's (a lot) cheaper than road racing and if you live in the southwest there are actually quite a few hill climbs here. My fave: Hartland Quay, North Devon. Motorcycles only. The start line is actually just outside the entrance to the ladies loo🤔

I kept expecting this fellow to crash out. The front end is too light to allow the front tyres to have good traction. Fr. MRI showed marked inflammation throughout the hand and some micro tearing of the flexor tendons in the hand. Puzzling, because no recent history of physical trauma at all. Already had bilateral carpal tunnel surgery twenty years ago. Blood work shows possible onset of rheumatoid arthritis, SUCKS! Currently on my third round of heavy duty Prednisone. I'd kill for a good nights sleep. Anyway, back to the main topic. Tom MAKA = Make America Kind Again
