PacSim RKSI MSFS2024 not installable

I bought it for FS2020 and got a new PC.  I keep asking them for a new download but they haven't answered.  Kinda makes me think twice about buying KRDU, which I want.  But, if this is the support?  Perhaps they should think about selling through folks like Orbx or Contrail.

The server will not send another download link since your RKSI link sent on October 18 (8 days ago) is still active so download from that link. It was sent to your email the minute you requested it from the server. Check your spam or trash bin for the link, if it isn't in your Inbox. There are no emails from you regarding why we aren't responding or that you need a new link (except another server link request from October 23), so in future you'll need to write to us directly to enquire regarding the delay or seek assistance before running over here with your grievance. We're always there to assist anytime.

If it's nice, then old shouldn't matter I suppose.  Better than the black hole we had by default.  I love Korean Air liveries, but never flew them as I didn't know this scenery existed.

Oh, I didn't check spam.  GMail spam and trash both delete everything older than 30 days so do I need to wait a certain amount of time before requesting a new one?

Maybe setup your system to email users this information if they request a second link? Or put this information it on your webpage where the link request form is? Seems like it's unreasonable for a customer to know that you won't send them any links if the previous link is active... All I'd know is that I request a link and don't get it. 

Blaming the customer ("running over here with your grievance") is not a good way to promote your friendly support... That one line killed your response.

Resend new request to trigger the server to dispense new link so you get a new one. I also rechecked our correspondence going back to Dec 8, 2022 when you first bought the product and you specifically requested us to redirect download link to a new gmail address. That's probably why you did not see the link sent on Oct 18th to your ...inc.com email account. Contact us directly to sort this out.

1. This info is already in the download link when customers buy our products.

2. Not "blaming customer," we're simply pointing out the necessity of checking in with the dev first before running over here with grievance. That's straight to the point. We can't be everywhere at all websites monitoring posts about our product issues. Best to come to us directly where Support is.

BTW, if you are already responding here: you remember the issue with GSX and jetways we talked about via support mail? It is now pretty clear that it IS due to the nearby heliport and another user here on avsim quickly created a small scenery addon fix disabling the nearby heliport completely and bam!, jetways work again via GSX. Would be nice if you implement something like this into your next update, maybe as optional download because some potentially do not want this heliport disabled. Just as an idea...
