Has Active sky stopped in 24? It was working but now it shows connected with conditions correct in the app but the sim is clear.

There's a known issue with SU2 beta, should be resolved in the next SU2 beta build. For now you can go back to SU1/official or wait for the new build.

Update: The new build has a fix, that fixes one part of things, but we are now having new problems. ASFS still SU2 incompatible for now. We're investigating. More updates soon.

Just a question : on FS24, why does the map has not a full size in the windows when unlocked. Its like a 4/3 format and not a 16/9

ASFS changed to fixed aspect ratio in order to avoid stretching, since the map display design is fixed at around 4/3. We are hoping to improve this in the future.

Well, just a THUMBS UP! regarding the success of use of that compatibility patch with the latest Beta (1.4.14.0).

It works great and, makes weather in MSFS 2024 at least consistent with what I see outside my office window, something that has been failling miserably in FS 2024 since a good while if not since release...

While AS was on "hiatus" during the SU 2 beta, I reluctantly went back to using the MSFS 2024 Live Weather. First, the live weather was broken and showed only clear skies for about a week. Then it alternated between depicting clear skies and historical weather from the previous 24 hours. On the day that HiFi released the AS fix, the MSFS 2024 Live Weather was finally working.

In concept, Asobo using a combination of METARs and Meteoblue modelled forecast data seemed like a viable option. Unfortunately, we all know how shaky the forecast model predictions are for NA, especially along the coasts. Asobo really needs to open up the weather API to 3rd party developers.

I've been testing weather themes because everywhere I went it was mainly clear skies.

I'm glad that Hi-Fi is still providing their excellent support.
