April 18, 20251 yr Well not sure what it really did here and there apart from download a lot of ATC AI stuff or wav files. Lighting is not quite the same in terms of impact. biggest bust for me FPS have gone to 30 no matter where or what it is in the bush or major aerodrome, Cessna or Airbus. Very strange - almost like it is now locked at 30.

Because while b2 has changed the lighting a lot, b3 didn't change anything. Either case could you please post a screenshot of a case where you think it looks different? So I can look into it. April 18, 20251 yr The effect was what I call 'bloom' or glare that appears to be dampened. But it could be time of day. By the way the lighting does not cause me any issues it is fine just noticed that. The real change was in b2 I was seeing 80 FPS plus now everywhere and everything sits at 30 FPS curious that is all. No stutters or shimmering so still smooth sim. See if I can do some screenshots same place time etc see what it looks like! Edited April 18, 20251 yr by coastaldriver

I mean in terms of lighting there was no change, these changes are post-processing related and as a result the colors might be slightly different, but the lighting code is identical.
