Odd, it was working “ok” on my old PC. MS Store … maybe they messed up the MS Store installer? I’ll disagree that MSFS 2024 rocks, maybe when/if they sort out all the bugs. Simple Google search will show you that MSFS 2024 has more than just 1000 bad user experiences, heck Steam and MSFS forums are full of users having issues (some very animated) … which is also why MSFS 2024 ratings are not positive. It’s a shame, but I did get refund for MSFS 2024, 2020 is working fine.
May 22, 20251 yr Author It looks like the rolling cache continues to rebuild itself now. I can't figure out how to disable it anymore. EDIT: Never mind. I didn't delete the folder, just the file, so it kept creating it...lol my bad. September 6, 2025Sep 6 I usually fly low and slow but I've been toying with the A320 neo v2 in 24 over the last couple of days. Sim is normally buttery smooth for me at 7680x2160 (DLSS, quality). But, my goodness, the stutters in amongst the smoothness while trying airlines! Anyway, after much hair pulling, I came to this thread, and can confirm removing the rolling cache appears to have fixed the issue. Thank you to whoever originally shared the tip.
