How in the world do i get/buy/download this product??? Everytime i try to register its just (a box that pops up) keeps telling me "invalid  email! I have tried both my email-adresses, no sucsess! even my wifes mail was deneid!

So how do You folks do, solve or proceed with the register/purchase??

I have emailed CSS two days ago, still no reply...

I have tried the Discord... Three days ago addressing this issue. Still no reply...

And no answer on my mail either...

Don't waste you money ATM. Its like an alpha release and completly broken. Gauges flash, FMC flashes and is not usable, APU will not start so you cant start the engines. It was completely under tested before release. I purchased on release day and I've wasted hours on it and I've not be eable to even start an engine. I have emailed support and get crickets! If you go on the Discord channel and ask whats going on you get attacked by one on the beta testers. They only had 9. What a joke.

Of course not, but I suppose a very expensive product had to have a good after sales support from the developer... Good to know.

From ALL accounts you should avoid this product for the foreseeable future.

I remember from their FAQ's you must use the email you used to register your account. I doubt by now that they are still having server issues like at the first launch. I was able to download it and took out for a quick flight. It flew well for me, and I didn't see any unusual problems. I don't use 2020 much these days so I haven't spent much time with it.

When I originally registered, I did as a new customer on their website. And the email account I used there is what I filled in using their app or installer. Maybe you can go back to their website and create a new account but delete the old account if you have one.

I understand that... BUT where do i register as a new customer??? I dont get it, i dont see such option... The only options that appear on their website is: Hone. Products. FAQ. Blog. Contacts. No place to register as a "new customer"

Try uninstalling the launcher and then manually removing the leftover files. Their FAQ's tell you where those leftover files are located, If I read correctly erasing those leftover files will erase your previous info you started with. Then reboot the computer and redownload the launcher and install, making sure you turn off all virus and win defender background software. After reinstalling of launcher, reboot computer and try launcher again. Read their FAQ's on the discord channel for better info. Because I don't use 2020 much anymore these days so I can only tell you the steps that worked for me to get it installed. But I do remember that I had to remove their launcher and reinstall it before it finally worked because my anti-virus software kept screwing with my install.
