That's a great idea. I went with 2024 day 1 and have been incrementally checking progress. It's shifting problems back and forth, so I have exiled myself to XP12 only until this sim is more stable. Not going back to 2020, though it was fine, but 2024 is the future once they get it right. I got time. 🙂

    It has nothing to do with cache, the issue is the sim injecting large chunks of data which causes a CPU spike and eventually the stutters.

    Just to compare and not to brag - 2024, almost daily flights over LA, 3060TI, 5900X and never stutters.  Also 1080p with a 32gb cache. dd

Same - 4K - 7800X3D, 4070tiSuper, 64GBRam - smooth in all areas using complex airports, iFly Max, PMDG etc
