Fake news videos using AI

Most of the instant video creation  tools are payware (a fee per month). Would be super easy, barely an inconvenience, to make Jorg, Seb, and Martial do or say just about anything at a Developers Q&A.

I though it was old age turning me more and more into Walter (Jeff Dunham)...nope...it's the influx in volume of fake videos on FB and YT! (Well...mostly the videos!  🙂 )

Just going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱
Trying to keep peace and harmony and the will of Landru on the site seems to be a full time job!

Instagram is jam packed with all manner of AI fake videos. About time I deleted the nonsense.

I think I'm turning into Walter too.  Old age or just the advancing technology?  I'm not sure, maybe it's a combination of the two.

I've already come across a few videos on youtube that I ultimately realized were fake, but it did take me a while to see that they were completely or they contained computer/AI generated images.

It's the new scheme that a lot of young losers, and to be fair some older ones, too, who describe themselves as "content creators" or "influencers" are utilizing to make money.

Hopefully someone will develop software that can detect when a video or image is fake, otherwise we now live in a world where it is impossible to know what's real as audio, videos, and imagery can be convincingly faked using AI.
