What sound? Airplane sounds or ATC sound?
If ATC sound is missing, you should turn on your radios in plane and ajust their volume.

There was an issue where the radios in the A350 would not auto tune in BATC, is that the issue here?  I’ not sure if it was fixed or not, haven’t flown the A350 in a while.

Issue is resolved, thank you

Any chance you could tell us how you resolved it for the benefit of others?
