Oh, I actually don't take anything he says seriously.

Maybe it's "dark" humor, but I don't think so.  It's not the first time he has posted about SpaceX rockets exploding and how he's looking forward to the next fireworks show.

You go ahead and give him the benefit of the doubt, but I know who I'm dealing with.

Yeah, I spent 9 months in Millington, Tn.  I'll vouch for it! 🤣

We are drifting off topic.....back to the Big Kaboom!

SpaceX says the 10th integrated test flight of its Super Heavy Starship launch vehicle could launch as soon as Aug. 24.

And now, over to Leeloo!

Thanks Charlie.  Looking forward to the hopefully successful launch.  My wife and I were fortunate to watch Space Shuttle STS69 launch and a couple of years later a shuttle landing.  Never forget either of them.  BTW, the launches are much more spectacular!

Oh, but I must respond.  I'm in the Eastern part where it's significantly cooler.  West TN sucks.

You couldn't pay me enough to live in Cali, BTW.  Beautiful State, but lots and lots of problems and strange people. 😀

Signing off for good on this one.

Can't wait to see the next moon landing😃

Me too. But me thinks they are going to have to make progress in terms of avoiding  rapidly unscheduled disassembly if they want to land on the Moon on schedule.

And I admit that I'm still dubious about balancing a mega-tall Starship on its bum, on a rocky surface and then winching the astronauts up and down on a precarious platform. What happens if there's an emergency and they need to get an astronaut back inside quickly?

Is the lunar gateway still a thing?
