I no longer see any CTDs with DX11 or DX12, good news. What I’ve noticed (on my system?) is that the FPS counter isn’t working, and in MSFS2024, I don't have all the filters available compared to MSFS2020. Is anyone else experiencing this?

So how are you finding this driver with your 4090? I have a 4080 and I'm very skeptical of any of the newer drivers since 566.36

Unfortunately, my MSFS2020 with DX11 crashes when loading the scene (after clicking FLY). The initial launch works.

MSFS2020, DirectX11, RTX 3080, DLSS 310.3

Back to "DirectX 12 Beta" for now. It's no big deal, I use MSFS2020 only for the Scenery Editor and used to prefer DirectX11 because it's less GPU demanding on my setup.

I understand, also, I have the 4090, previously with 576.52. Like you, I was very uncomfortable with the change. Do I see any performance improvement? NO. Does it CTD, NO on my system. But I see differences regarding filters and wonder why. So, was it worth it? NO, based on my issue with the filters.

Not for me. With DX11 set, I was getting a consistent CTD on loading.

After clean installing these drivers yesterday I noticed this morning that my PC was still running and my Hibernate/Sleep settings were no longer working so switched back to old reliable 566.36 and now everything is back to normal.  I did try a long flight yesterday with MSFS 2020 using the new drivers and didn't experience any problems with DX11.
