August 2, 2025Aug 2 Running v1.03 and I'm unable to make it work with either IFly's 38M or Asobo's in 2024. Buttons are lit up, the front screen displays logo when powered on but as soon as it should work, the screen stays black. Anyone facing anything similar? Jacek G. Hmm strange but this has happened to me on last flight yesterday as well. I dont think its a firmware issue as it worked prior from yesterday with same version. Had to use Mobiflight yesterday Michael Moe Michael Moe
August 2, 2025Aug 2 New SimApp pro today. Might want to give that a try. I too could not get either max to work in 2024 today but downloaded the update and that seemed to fix it. Release notes address this too if memory serves me. -B Edited August 2, 2025Aug 2 by btacon
August 2, 2025Aug 2 Author If it's .57 beta, it still doesn't work for me. MCDU works when it wants too. Jacek G. Ryzen 5800X3D | Asus RTX4090 OC | 64gb DDR4 3600 | Asus ROG Strix X570E | HX1000w | Fractal Design Torrent RGB | AOC AGON 49' Curved QHD |
August 2, 2025Aug 2 I contacted Winwing about this and they advised the ifly max 737 is NOT supported in MSFS 2024 and they only support the default MSFS max. The recent SimApp update version .57 broke the FMC with the ifly. You can download an older version where it works but the issue is the older versions then don’t work when I use the MCDU with the Fenix MSFS 2024

These people are a pleasure to work with. They're refusing to give me my money back for the undelivered 777 FMC. 6 weeks I'm waiting now. Jacek G. Sorry for your trouble. I’ve purchased a total of five devices from them and a sixth on order (PFP4). They have met terms and expectations every time. -B
August 2, 2025Aug 2 I have three devices. 777 FMS, 737 FMC and Airbus MCDU, they have all been amazing until the latest update broke the ifly MSFS 2024

August 3, 2025Aug 3 I swear when I bought the PFP3N and MCP a couple of weeks ago, the release notes for SimApp Pro indicated the iFly was supported in 2024. Otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased these devices. Since then, I think they’ve retroactively changed the release notes to make it seem the iFly is only supported in 2020. Which is bizarre, if not shady. Despite what the release notes say, the version of SimAppPro from a couple weeks ago, works out of the box with the iFly in 2024. Then the last couple of SimApp Pro releases seems to have broken it completely. Not sure if it’s fixed again. In a chat I had with them, I found their support to be very poor. I cannot recommend these guys unless you’re willing to gamble. It’s also worth pointing out that they don’t actually have an FCU device with buttons matching the Max. The PFP3 works but the labels on several buttons do not match. Edited August 3, 2025Aug 3 by Virtual-Chris

I contacted the support and was told it’s not supported in 2024. I felt like I was being gaslit lot MSFS 2024
August 4, 2025Aug 4 I just checked their applicability list for the PFP3N and looks like they only have compatibility lists for MSFS, not MSFS2024. iFly Max 8 is only listed for MSFS. I have bought a heap of their panels (not the PFP3N) after checking the applicability list. If it's not listed I don't buy it. Jase

Jase The thing is, as I said in my post above, the iFly Max was listed as compatible (with 2024) in the SimApp Pro release notes until last week, when they seemingly retroactively removed support. So you can’t really believe what they say. Support can be there one week, and gone the next. The fact is, it does work with 2024 using SimApp Pro v55. Edited August 4, 2025Aug 4 by Virtual-Chris

Hopefully that can get it back in there soon. Jase
