Marketplace Issue

Featured Replies

I'm not able to make any purchases through the marketplace. I've tried signing out of my Xbox and Microsoft store accounts, I've tried opening MSFS 24 through both accounts and still have no luck. I've lodged a ticket, just wondering if there's any solutions anyone knows about?

Have you uploaded credit card information yet?

Yeah, It makes it that far, then the xbox loading icon spins for a few secs before a blank black box. I close out of it and the error message stating something went wrong and i wasn't charged.

Buy direct from the devs or others outlets.

I usually do, but this one is only available through the marketplace

Bad mistake by the dev; send them an email; and ask if they can provide alternative payment method and have the package sent via link.

I have had exactly that problem for weeks - MS lost 3 sales - and the forum is

of no help. - those 3 a/c are exclusive to Marketplace

Thinks ?? - maybe its only in Australia where MS used to get the bank Check up

and that seems to be where the whole thing hangs up

Is there a way to purchase the simverse coins outside of the marketplace?

None of the solutions zendesk gave me worked so they've wiped their hands of it now.

was that non -answer relative to your coin question --- or the Marketplace problem with

purchasing - not going beyond the black screen ??

Was told no to purchasing coin outside of the marketplace. As for the purchasing not going past the black screen - if the solutions they gave don't fix it there's nothing they can do. Will just periodically keep trying and see if it changes I guess.

Might well be the Au government block this kind of cryptogames currency; in short; not allowed in AU.

Could that be averted with a VPN?

OP - Is your msfs on Steam or the MS store? I don't know how things work on Steam but if using the MS store then you can load money on to your MS account using gift tokens (either xbox or MS ones) and then use that to buy addons via the msfs marketplace.

One silly thing that can cause problems with all sort of windows services is if your pc time gets too far out of sync. Try resyncing it too the timeservers.

Somehow it has now worked. I didn't do anything different than before so I have no idea why. Weird.
