Ahh ha ha gotcha . I was not thinking of a time frame but a installation one Michael Moe 

The timer is for the opening of the pre-order. The release date is the 26t, but I assume that is China. 

Winwing is infamous for taking ages to stock their EU and Global warehouses. If you plan to order from the EU warehouse like I do to avoid paying delivery toll, you can at this time only pre-order the 32PAC and not the Throttle.

In the case of the MCDU it took them 7 months until they had finally produced enough to stock the warehouses for the demand.

So I wouldn't hold my breath for a speedy delivery.

I really hope there will be something like they had on display available. They have basically the entire flightdeck elements planned for the A320 family and people will need a frame to mount all this if they really want to buy it all. 

In my case I would probably stop after the Radio-Panel and Gear lever are released, but I already wouldn't know where to put them on my desk. So a frame that I can set aside when I don't fly would be perfect.

That seems insuficient to also hold the flaps, parkingbrake and speedbrake modules.

Maybe. But they include a photo of it with the entire shebang installed on it (along with the FCU mounted at the top). But as always, YMMV.

The product connects to U.32.T.Met.1.0 (URSA MINOR 32 Throttle Metal) via theSATAcable

So this is not functional on its own, yet they sell it first in the EU shop, without the throttle. That makes no sense...

One thing with these I noticed at Expo, they seem to have the same range of motion as the Thrustmaster TCA. It's clearly a better unit overall however.

The difference is that the TCA is not to scale and has the detents at the wrong positions.

Well it's no different than the EFIS L and EFIS R units. They also require connection to the FCU to operate but you can buy them separately.

And with the desk mount we can add the landing gear panel and ECAM panel?

and for the MCDU with RMP and audio panel a second desk mount?

I don't take issue with them being seperate. I take issue with WinWing sending a unit to the EU shop before sending the unit that it is dependent on and not clearly communitcating on the website that in order for the 32PAC to work you need the Ursa Minor Throttle first.

And yes, I'm aware that one can order at the global shop instead, but I don't want to because of shipping and toll.
