I find it really stupid, that on line fliers will do a first flight on line. Really stupid thing to do. Takes off with warning because something isnt right, if he had flown it a couple of times he probably wouldnt have that issue, its worse when they are real pilots as they should know better, Flight sim or not shouldnt matter

Since Sayintentions is AI driven, the only inconvenience caused by type rating inexperience would be to the pilot him/herself.

But yes, that takeoff was extremely poor handling of the systems. He should have used a checklist.

I'd say the entire flight was extremely poor handling of everything. That landing... or the approach...

The author is mainly an MSFS player, so I guess he's not quite familiar with X-Plane 12 and it's interface, settings, etc...

Nonethless, I do believe he should have studied the aircraft model a bit better in order not to fall in situations like that on the takeoff and approach, which might wrongly suggest the problem is in the model and not in the way he uses it...

Stopped the video after the takeoff, so I did not witness that.

Just finally watched this video. What a disaster. My first flight with minimum prep and research was a way better experience. He is blaming his throttle issues on the add-on and not his setup. Rule 1 is check all the controls before you takeoff. He should delete that video. I love the Q400 by this developer.

It is kind of puzzling that after watching this youtubers failed and embarassing demonstration of this add-on, that he expects you to buy his manuals on how to setup and fly this plane. I am gobsmacked.
