Honestly I'd settle for a terminal update. Add in the new section of T5 and fix the parking codes that are still from the FS9 days.

The airport just seems a complete mess. A total planners screw up. That's why they constantly try to fix the unfixable.

Your assessment is not quite correct.

The airport has grown along with the surrounding area and has become hemmed in.

They are making progress in certain areas all of the time.

They have moved Union Pacific Railroad tracks, they have moved feeder roads to the airport.

They have added a west side entrance to the airport.

This is not even mention the airport specifics such as the terminals.

The airlines want a international terminal built first with virtually no interruptions to current operations.

Politicians from everywhere want there 2 cents worth as well.

So yup it is indeed a complete mess for many, many reasons.

ini or FB O'hare would be amazing

The handcrafted KORD that comes with one of the 2024 editions has the terminal 5 extension, but they didn't update the AFCAD for it, so you have parking spots inside of the building.

I haven't checked it since FSDT's KORD was ported to 2024, so idk if it's been fixed.

Seems like such a lazy choice.

I would even settle for a basic modification of the Asobo scenery to reflect the current layout.

I’m based at Ohare. In my humble opinion, an “up to date” ORD in the sim is too much a moving target for any developer to tackle in the foreseeable future. This past year, taxiway configurations have changed significantly to the south and west of terminals 1, 2, & 3. They are just breaking ground on the C concourse extension, and preparing for the new D concourse construction. Eventually terminal 2 will be completely torn down, getting rid of the United “Y” (E and F gates) and replaced with gates to accommodate larger aircraft. This project is already way over budget and behind schedule. But significant progress has been/is being made.
