December 24, 2025Dec 24 I only have MSFS 2024 set up but want to have a folder to put my addons in so I can select / remove addons depending on what I need for each time I boot up MSFS 2024. I am wondering which folder I should add in the addons linker program for this, as there is now by default "Community" and "Community 2024" embedded in MSFS 2024. How do others set this up? Or should I be creating another folder? Thanks! AMD 5830X Nvidia RTX 3060 Win 11

December 26, 2025Dec 26 I called 2020 folder on the C drive: Community Addons I called 2024 folder: 24 Community Addons Directly on the C drive to keep the file path short. Because some addons have long file or folder names. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.
