Nope, that's everything in my community folder and I never installed anything else.

The organization of liveries in MSFS2024 is a huge annoyance and the PMDG file structure is particularly annoying. One shortcut I find helpful though is if you type the name of the airline, it wi

If you're seeing the 738 itself, but not the liveries, it's got to be a path problem. FS2024 is not seeing the liveries where you're installing them. If all else fails, delete the 738, OC3 and er

Mike,  I sent you a PM to see if I can help off-line.

Okay, no problem.

Do you find in that community folder of yours a subfolder called pmdg-aircraft-738-liveries?  I assume for the other variants it would say 739 or 737 instead, but I only have the 738.

And by community folder I mean the simple community folder.  The one that is named "Community" only and where the 738 itself is in.

Yep I see the PMDG738 folder and the separate PMDG liveries folder, don't have any other PMDG stuff.

Could something else be conflicting with the liveries?

Then it should work. That's a real headscratcher.

Do you have Discord? I'd be willing to quickly jump into a session with you and share my screen and show you how I have set up my system and then you can compare and find where yours differs and that may help find the problem.

I put a few photos on discord myself, no one sems to know. All I get from PMDG support for my ticket is content manager in MS2024.

No, your Sim, not your PMDG Aircraft. Did you buy that on Steam or in the Store. I mean if the OC says Store, then it should be store, but it is selectable in the OC and if you have both versions installed you can toggle.

I didn't buy it in the marketplace in MSFS2024. I purchased direct from PMDG's store, OC3 says MS Store, no other option.

I'm not asking where you bought the aircraft. I'm asking where you bought the sim. Is your sim the Microsoft Store Version or the Steam Version?

Mike,

  • Launch MSFS 2024.
  • Navigate to the Marketplace section.
  • Click on My Library in the top-left corner. This is where you can manage your content library and make adjustments.
  • Look for the small cogwheel icon next to the search bar (not the larger cog by your username).
  • Click on this icon to open a settings pop-up.

That will show you the path to your Community folder. Is it the same as listed in OC3?

I actually had someone on via discord live and even they are stumped. Just finished a new install from scratch, 738 and the liveries I want, I'll run through that again.

Thanks Everyone

I go to MSFS2024, marketplace, top left I go to my library, This section is completely empty and a message that states "To Access My Library Go Back To the Main Menu"

There is no search bar and small cog wheel, the big one by my user name is there.
