The Nvidia App is no longer in beta; it officially launched on November 13, 2024.

Just don't opt into the experimental features like I did.

I tried the Nvidia app fix, didn't help.

Everytime I start, so many graphics settings reset. It is really annoying.

SU5 has broken MSFS

AMD Ryzen™ 9 9900X3D, AM5, Zen 5, 12 Core, 24 Threads, 4.4GHz, 5.5GHz Turbo
64GB (2x32GB) DDR5 6000MHz Corsair Vengeance
32GB GeForce® RTX 5090 Graphics Card

I only see the exact opposite: since SU5, my 4x frame gen setting is finally saved. Before I had to adjust this on every sim start. All other settings remain unchanged for me, I use the nVIDIA App in Beta mode (for the shader clearance option) and I have optimizations unchecked globally. Works as it should, no issues...

Greetings, Chris

AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, 2x32GB DDR5 6000MT/s RAM, MSI RTX 4090 Ventus 3X, Windows 11 Home, MSFS2024

I was having this problem since a long while, and I wasn't aware of what was causing it.

This post by @JYW finally made light !!!

Now my settings are always correctly saved !
