They'll need to be converted to the new 2024 file structure - and (maybe) also converted to KTX2 textures. I've converted a few regular ones in the past, but I can't seem to get my head around Marketplace aircraft.

    Better delayed than released broken.

I keep spamming the refresh on this topic. The ATR is one of my favourite aircraft - but slightly broken in MSFS. Like a previous poster, I'd rather it was all fixed than rushed out half-baked. I hope

Nice to see that those of us who didn't have it before can rent it first for next to nothing. Consensus seems to be that it might be ok now.

Wow, have to test this after my work.

I was just wondering this morning where was that promised AAU4 status.

It should be within a week before we might have a handful of liveries on Flightsim.to.

In the aircraft EFB, I've remembered to untick the 'Use MSFS2024 Flightplan' box and am now trying to log into my Simbrief account on the 'Flightplan' screen. The numerical pad pop up is opening for entering Pilot ID and I can use to put in my 6-digit pilot ID...but the Enter button on the pop up doesn't seem to work. When I put the cursor hand over the Enter pad, it is the back arrow that lights up. Clicking on the 'Enter' pad just closes the pop up and when I reopen, my unentered Pilot ID is still there and still no access to my Simbrief plans.

I've tried the other variants and rebooted the sim and the PC but it remains the same

Any clue?

Just curious, probably doesnt really help, have you "update" the ATR from marketplace?

Same for me on Xbox - can't see a way around it.

Yes, disabled the 2020 versions and loaded the new one from the Marketplace.

Everything else seems fine (actually, great 😊).

No matter, I'll turn the MSFS option back on and use MSFS's EFB for the time being but if anyone else has had the same issue and sussed a fix that would be great 😊

The prop brake bug is still there. It is unbelievable that Hans put this out with a bug that is literally years old smh.

Are you sure? You might need to go dig out a few YT videos on correct/realistic startup procedure. The trick is with hitting the hydraulic button on the centre console ... but its effect times out fairly quickly, so you need to wizz up to the top panel and operate the prop brake before it fizzles out.

I've had around a dozen successful startups in a row without a hitch. I'm sorry I can't find the original link for a good startup video, as I downloaded mine a fair while back and watch them offline. I think the creator (and RL pilot) was Dutch though.

Just tried a second flight and it worked this time - all I did on entering the cockpit was to turn the battery on and engage the gust lock! Flight plan imported from simbrief fine!

Are you using it right?

The issue with the hotel mode bug is that if you turn on the prop brake without powering it up properly, the animation of the right prop gets bugged. The engine will function and generate thrust as it should, but the prop won't animate at all. The blades will flatten out and not spin.

No - just the same. Does your EFB pop up number pad accept your Simbrief number? Mine doesn't and so that screen thinks it hasn't been entered (even though their own config file begs to differ)

I'm going to abandon trying to use a Simbrief plan (couldn't load an EFB plan either even when I reticked the 'use MSFS2024 Plan' tick box and rebooted the PC) and, instead, I will revert to manually updating the MCDU in the cockpit with the route, etc or I will just end up hating the aircraft before I've even started.

It's a brand new model, the liveries will need to be updated to work with it.
