I wonder if anyone else is hearing this very odd behaviour from the Black Square Caravan. Every 25 seconds (approx) I hear, what can only be described as a sigh, fairly quick, or what sounds something like that. I'm not imagining things. At first I thought it may have been something to do with FS Realistic, but it's not. Has anyone else heard this, or perhaps have an idea what it might be.

Do you have the oxygen lever on, and are you above 10,000AGL?

I've never flown the BS Caravan higher than 8,000 so this may not be it, but as it has integrated oxygen and is by Black Square (awesome), it wouldn't surprise me if an oxygen draw sound had been modelled.

I am, but I've tried it with FSR turned off, and the sound is still there.

I think if anyone else was hearing the sigh they'd have spoken up by now. I still suspect FSRealistic as it has some sound effects for hypoxia. Have you tried the Caravan with FSRealistic fully shut down / not started (rather than deactivated)?

Yeah has to be fsrealistic. I thought you were talking about the 5 warning beeps. So disregard my earlier

Here ya go Bill. You should be able to hear it at 9 and 34 seconds. Although It's less discernable on the video than what it is in reality. BTW, shutting down FSR in task manager didn't make any difference.

It sounds like some sort of timed outflow valve. If the Caravan was pressurized it would be more easily explainable.

It may be associated with the Oxygen system. Do you have that activated? (Large lever on the overhead, near the fuel valves.

I need to go fly my Caravan to see if I get it too. Standby 😎
