21 hours ago21 hr I used to have a link on my desktop to a website that you would provide a couple of parameters to and it would suggest a flight plan. You could tell it how long a flight you wanted to take.I seem to have lost the icon off my desktop and now I can't find the site again.I don't remember the name of the site. Can someone help me out with a pointer to it?I thought I heard about it in flightsim.to but I can't find it there either. Thanks Case: (Lian Li PC-011 Dynamic XL), PSU: (MEG Ai300p pcie 5 & ATX 3.0), Motherboard: (ASUS TUF Gaming x670E-PLUS WIFI 6E), CPU: (AMD Ryzen 7 7800-X3D) Memory: (G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO RGB Series 64GB DDR5 6000), GPU: (Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 4090 AMP Extreme Airo). 12 hours ago12 hr +1 for https://www.nextsimflight.com/In its simplest form it will find a destination or origin airport for you based on distance or flight time and aircraft type. There are additional filters you can, if you wish, add for weather, direction, continent etc.
4 hours ago4 hr One thing I like about these random flight generators is that sometimes you end up finding an airport or approach that you have never flown before and it turns out to be really interesting and fun. Like KANB. (anniston, Alabama). The random flight site gave me that as a destination, so I flew there. I had no idea there was a mountain there. I always thought Anniston was too far south for the mountains, but no, there is one there, and I got vectored right over it, and at least one of the approaches takes you over it or very near it. I was pleasantly surprised. I was gawking at the scenery a little on approach I must admit, glad I was sim flying and not for real.
