Silent update worked for me....Just opened ver RC4 and it updated to RC5 by itself.

Wow these changes look great......I took a little break from simulator stuff but the changes over the last month and this new stuff are amazing. Like others have said "AUTO FPS" is a real game changer for MSFS. Amazing work you have done. Time for me to get back into the AUTO FPS testing.

Looks like your in Canada like me......Yes there's a fairly big gap in price. I started with wanting a GPU upgrade but wasn't going to pay the huge price for an NVidia card. It worked out that I could swing the 9800X3D and RX9070XT for close to the same price as an RTX5080. There's nothing wrong with just doing the 14600K upgrade with a new MB, think you'll be happy with the performance. But if you can swing a slightly larger budget I'd have a serious look at the 9800X3D.

My older system was an I5-13600KS with an RTX3080 12 Gig and it ran 2020 and 2024 pretty good at stock 5.1Ghz settings. You would see a nice boost from the 11600K but you'll need to change the MB too....11600K is LGA1200 and the 14600K is LGA1700. You might want to explore other options if you are going to change out the CPU and MB. My new system is all AMD now and I'm pretty happy with the way it runs 2020 and 2024. Was always an Intel guy but I have to admit I'm pretty impressed with the 9800X3D I have now.

The 777 will sit loading and everything is black.....no screens and EFB isn't there.

Thanks for the info. Am looking at doing a similar build. Have seen many good reports about the 9070XT. Which brand did you purchase.

Hopefully FSR 3.1 will finally come to 2020 like in 2024

Spoke too soon. My second flight was back to having to use Task manager to shut the sim down. Not fixed.

Just did a short test flight. MSFS 2020 seemed to shut down normally now....maybe its fixed.

Just did another test with FG mod off in MSFS2024 and using just LSFG. Detection is working fine for that too , if I close LSFG and hit reset it will detect that I've gone back to regular FPS. Once again a huge thanks for all your work on on this little gem.....its been a real game changer for me in 2020 and 2024. Now i just have to try a few more of the different app settings but for now I'm very happy with running it on Auto Target FPS.

Late to the party but updated to test ver 8 and FG Active is working fine now , that's with the FG mod for my RTX3080 in MSFS2024 store version. Also ran combined with LSFG and it detected that I was in LSFG......if I closed LSFG and hit reset it went back to detecting the the FG mod version. All seems good now.

Mine transitions up to the MAX TLOD and if the FPS dips below my set value the TLOD will transition down then back up as the FPS increases.

Can confirm the single click sys tray is working perfectly in version 14 Program is working great in MSFS2020 and MSFS2024 , great work as usual. Also tested without the sys tray enabled and the program is closing fine. I actually have got used to it without the sys tray option so i'll probably stay with that but its great that you have both options. Once again thanks for all your hard work , wont fly without this in either sim. Chris

Just did a couple of test flights with test version 10.......all worked well. MSFS 2024 Store version. One flight clouds dropped from Ultra to high and bounced back to Ultra so it worked as it should . The second flight they stayed at Ultra.....all due too the weather around Vancouver so everything seems to be working great for me. I'll do a test with MSFS 2020 later.

Just did a quick test flight with 0.4.4.2-test2 and everything was working fine...Using MSFS2024 Microsoft store version. Will send you my log file.

Everything is working fine for me now....Frame gen FPS is showing now and the cloud settings work as before the MSFS2024 update. I reinstalled a fresh version of the newest v0.4.4.1 and everything is working great. It might have been some sort of corruption in the MSFS 2024 settings but everything magically start working as it should. Once again a huge thanks for all your efforts....this program really is a game changer for MSFS2020 and 2024. Chris

I'm having the same issue as Cpt Piett......no frame gen and clouds stuck on low setting. I did a fresh install of auto FPS but the same results. I'll try and send you a copy of the log. Its working fine in MSFS 2020 so its something after todays update for MSFS 2024 that's changed for me. Was working fine before the update today in 2024. My MSFS 2024 is the PC Game pass version....so its the MSFS store.

The new test version 12 is working fine with MS Store install. Back in business ......Big thanks for getting up and running again.

Same for me...won't pass the Simconnect stage. I'm on the MS Store version of 2024

Same for me.....MSFS2020 down but 2024 is working......very strange.
